About Planti Peeps Shipping
How long does it take for us to dispatch orders?
Planti Peeps processes orders Monday through Friday with the exception of public holidays or previously shared periods of closure.
All orders will be processed within two business days of being placed except for orders with live plants which will ship on Mondays for their safety!
How are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped using AusPost with orders containing live plants going via Express Post.
How much does shipping cost?
For orders under $149, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $18. Standard shipping usually arrives within 2-8 business days of departure from Planti Peeps.
We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $149 except for orders which include live plants .

What about shipping live plants?
For orders containing live plants, we start shipping via Express Post on Mondays for $25 for the first plant and $10 for each additional plant. For example:
If you order contains one plant, shipping is $25.
If your order contains two plants, shipping is $35.
If your order contains three plants, shipping is $45.
For orders containing plants, we will do our best to select the best plant available from our current stock and will care for the plant until we can ship on Monday mornings (If delivery is to NSW we may ship on Tuesday). This is to avoid your plant being kept in a box longer than necessary. Cutoff for Monday dispatch is 12pm Sunday.
I see some items on your website are for pickup only and some are for postal delivery only - why is that?
Due to the volume of some of our larger items, like our potting mixes, we offer a discounted rate for customers who can collect at our shop in Fyshwick.
Additionally, there are some items like large plants or fragile items that we do not ship due to the high risk of damage in transit.
Pickup at the Planti Peeps Fyshwick Shop
Can I pickup my items instead of paying for postage?
Yes! Planti Peeps offers local pickup at our the Planti Peeps Shop - 8/52 Wollongong Street, Fyshwick, ACT 2609 - Wednesday through Sunday during business hours. If shop hours don’t suit, please reach out by email to contact@plantipeeps.com.au and we may be able to arrange an alternative collection time.
Due to limited space in our Fyshwick shop, all pickup orders need to be collected within 10 days of being placed. If you're able to make this work please send us an email (contact@plantipeeps.com.au) and let us know otherwise we will need to cancel the order with a 10% restocking fee.
Can you deliver my items instead of using AusPost?
We are no longer offering local delivery due to our expanded shop hours - sadly we no longer have the time to deliver orders ourselves but if you are in need of delivery for something like larger plants please contact us at contact@plantipeeps.com.au with your inquiry and we'll be sure to help!
