Planti Peeps processes orders Monday through Friday with the exception of public holidays or previously shared periods of closure. Most orders will be processed within 48 hours of being placed.

Orders are shipped using AusPost or Sendle (Which partners with multiple third party carriers depending on your address).

We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $99. For orders under $99, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $15. Standard shipping usually arrives within 2-8 days of departure from Planti Peeps.

For items that are heavier we have factored in any additional shipping cost into the price so there is no need to worry about any additional cost (For potting media please select the Postal Delivery option unless you are collecting at the Planti Peeps Shop).

Planti Peeps offers local pickup at the Planti Peeps Shop - 8/52 Wollongong Street, Fyshwick, ACT 2609 - Friday, Saturday, and Sunday during business hours. If shop hours don’t suit, please reach out by email to contact@plantipeeps.com.au.

Local Delivery is available within the greater Canberra region. Shopify will calculate if delivery is available for you based on your post code - local delivery is free on orders over $80 or $15 on orders under $80. Deliveries are conducted on Wednesday evenings, Thursday evenings, and Sunday afternoon.
